Wild Thyme Tea
I want to share with you my method of brewing tea. I will say right away that I collect all the herbs and dry them myself in the summer Time. Dry aromatic herbs should be in a ventilated place, in the shade, in no case in the sun. It is necessary to lay the grass on a clean cloth or paper so that the moisture that evaporates comes out and does not accumulate. It is better to store various dry tea additives in rag bags or in glass tea or coffee jars with an airtight lid. Having prepared everything in summer, winter and spring, you will enjoy your favorite aroma of tea with thyme.
