Masala Tea
It is better to grate or grind fresh spices, but if there are no options, already ground ones will do. In India, a ready-made mixture of spices for such tea is sold. Massala can replace such familiar morning drinks as coffee, black tea, cocoa, etc. The spices that you use already speak about the benefits of this drink.
