1 bundle cilantro

Step 1
Peel and finely chop the tomatoes. Get rid of the seeds of the chili and chop it together with the onions, garlic and cilantro. In a large mortar, use a pestle to transform the chili, cilantro, tomatoes, onion, garlic and lime zest into a smooth paste. Lightly salt and mix again.
Step 2
Add one to two tablespoons of water and lime juice to make the mixture thinner.
Step 3
Peel the avocado, remove the seeds, cut the pulp into small cubes. Add to the chili and tomato paste and mash everything thoroughly. Serve with corn chips.
