  • 1 Strainer/Sieve/Colander
  • 1 Table Spoon
  • 1 Cheese Grater


  • 2 tbsp Grated or Dried Ginger (Powder)
  • 1 ltr Water (Boiling)
  • 1 small Lemon (Juice)
  • Honey (To Taste)


  • Add ginger in boiling water.
  • After 5-10 minutes add juice of 1 small lemon.
  • lower heat and simmer while adding honey to taste, drink warm.
