  • 1 Kitchen Cutting Knife
  • 1 Teapot
  • 1 Table Spoon
  • 1 Cooking Pot


  • 1 Fistful Mint leaves (Fresh)
  • 1 Fistful Current Leaves (Fresh)
  • 1 Fistful Green or Black Tea Leaves (Dry)
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 ltr Water (Boiling)


  • Cut mint, currant leaves as small as possible. Grind the dry tea leaves and put everything aside for the time bieng.
  • Bring 1 ltr water to boiling point and then put the leaf mixture in the pot.
  • Straight away, lower the heat and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
  • Turn of the heat, and put in teapot and cover it. Leave it for another 10 minutes.
  • Pour into a mug and add honey to taste.
