
Currant Mint Tea
Equipment
- 1 Kitchen Cutting Knife
- 1 Teapot
- 1 Table Spoon
- 1 Cooking Pot
Ingredients
- 1 Fistful Mint leaves (Fresh)
- 1 Fistful Current Leaves (Fresh)
- 1 Fistful Green or Black Tea Leaves (Dry)
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 ltr Water (Boiling)
Instructions
- Cut mint, currant leaves as small as possible. Grind the dry tea leaves and put everything aside for the time bieng.
- Bring 1 ltr water to boiling point and then put the leaf mixture in the pot.
- Straight away, lower the heat and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Turn of the heat, and put in teapot and cover it. Leave it for another 10 minutes.
- Pour into a mug and add honey to taste.
